About KoraCommand

KoraCommand is the family care command center. One older adult, one circle: the pile that usually lives in one daughter's head and camera roll — medications, appointments, bills, who is driving — becomes one living plan the whole family can see. You drop in the paperwork (a photo of the med list, the discharge packet, an insurance letter), the family approves what it found, and everyone sees the same picture. When it's time for an appointment, you print the visit packet and go.

If you would rather not retype the chart, you can connect the patient portal — MyChart and others — read-only. What it holds arrives as the same approve-it cards; nothing joins the plan by itself.

Helpers puts the people the family already trusts — the neighbor, the aide who already comes on Tuesdays, the cousin who drives — on the same calendar, for housekeeping, errands and company. It is a roster, not a marketplace: we do not send anyone to the house, and helpers never handle personal or medical care. It also gives the person you care for one big button each morning: I'm okay today.

Kora does the work. She comes to the appointment with you, records the visit with the doctor's consent, turns it into a clear debrief, and tells you what to do next. She answers questions from this plan: what the week looks like, which tasks still need an owner, what to ask at the next appointment. She is not a doctor and never gives medical advice.

KoraCommand is independent and founder-built — it is not part of a hospital system, an insurer, a pharmacy or a home-care agency, and it has no advertisers.

KoraCommand is open to families now, and every circle starts on Free. It is run from the United States, under Illinois law.

KoraCommand is not a healthcare provider and not a medical device. It never gives medical advice — not in the plan, not in the assistant, not in Helpers. It is not a HIPAA covered entity; it is a family's own coordination tool, and we treat what you store as health-related information anyway.

It is not a home-care agency or a marketplace. Helpers lists the people your family already knows and trusts; we do not recruit, employ, place or dispatch anyone.

Some things are permanent policy: we do not sell or rent your family's data, we do not run advertising, we do not use your documents to train models, and nothing that is read from a document or a portal lands on your plan until a person in your family approves it.

Deleting is a first-class path, not a support ticket: the circle's owner opens Circle → Close this circle and the circle's care data is deleted — helpers, visits and check-ins included — or email us and we do it for you. You can also ask for an export of your circle's data in a machine-readable file. The details live in our Privacy policy.
