Terms of Service

KoraCommand is a coordination tool. It helps a family keep one shared, accurate picture of a loved one's care: medications, appointments, bills, tasks, documents, and who is doing what.

KoraCommand does not give medical advice and is not a medical device, a healthcare provider, or a substitute for one. Nothing in the product — including anything the assistant says — is clinical guidance. Always confirm medical decisions with the care team, and call emergency services in an emergency.

KoraCommand is also not a pharmacy, an insurer, a legal or financial advisor, or an emergency alerting service. Do not rely on it for time-critical alerts.

You must be 18 or older to create an account. Keep your password to yourself, use one that is not reused elsewhere, and tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You are responsible for what happens under your account.

Every care circle has exactly one Owner, who is responsible for that circle: who is invited, what role each member has, and whether the circle continues to exist. Collaborators, Contributors, and Viewers have progressively narrower permissions, enforced by our servers rather than by the interface.

Only invite people who should see this information. Inviting someone gives them real access to a real person's care details. Invite links and codes are as sensitive as what they unlock: sharing them is your family's responsibility, and anyone who redeems one receives the access it grants until it is withdrawn. Ownership can be transferred at any time and must be transferred before an Owner leaves.

Most circles hold information about a person who is not you — usually a parent. By entering it you confirm that you have the right to do so: that the person consented, or that you hold a power of attorney, guardianship, healthcare proxy, or an equivalent authority, or that you are otherwise permitted to act on their behalf. You are responsible for honoring their wishes about who sees what.

Everything your family puts into KoraCommand belongs to your family. You give us permission to store, process, display, and transmit it only as needed to operate the service for you — including sending document content to the AI providers described in our Privacy policy. We do not use your content to train our own models, and we claim no ownership of it.

• Use KoraCommand to harass, surveil, or control another adult against their wishes.
• Upload information you have no right to share.
• Break into, overload, scrape, or probe the service, or try to reach another family's circle.
• Resell or white-label KoraCommand without our written agreement.
• Use it for anything illegal.

We may suspend or close accounts that do these things, and we will tell you why unless we are legally prevented from doing so.

KoraCommand offers a free tier and paid plans (Family and Family Plus). During early access, families get full Family features at no charge while billing is being finished. When paid plans begin, we will give you clear advance notice, and the prices shown on our pricing page when you joined are the prices you will get — locked for founding families.

When billing is live: subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, you can cancel any time and keep access through the period you paid for, and we do not prorate partial periods unless the law requires it. Prices may change for future periods with at least 30 days' notice. Taxes may apply.

If we ever cannot deliver what you paid for, tell us — we would rather refund you than keep money we did not earn.

We work to keep KoraCommand running and your data safe and backed up, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we ever shut down the service, we will give you reasonable notice and a way to export your family's data before it goes.

KoraCommand is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that AI extraction is complete or error-free — always check what was extracted against the source document, especially for medications and dosages.

To the fullest extent the law allows, KoraCommand is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or fifty US dollars. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only as far as permitted, and nothing here limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

You can stop using KoraCommand and delete your account at any time. If you are an Owner, transfer ownership or close the circle first so your family is not locked out. We may end your access if you materially breach these terms.

If we change these terms materially, we will notify you in the product before the change takes effect. Continuing to use KoraCommand after that means you accept the new terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing here removes consumer protections you have where you live.
