Confirmations
An hour before each shift, a confirmation for the aide is waiting on your board. Aides confirm in one tap, or tell you they can't make it, so a call-out reaches you before the client is left waiting.
Kora for agencies
Front to end: the confirmation before the shift, the missed clock-in caught in minutes, the visit itself, and records your office can stand behind. Your back office stays yours. The family sees the debrief.
1. An hour before
Kora lines up a confirmation for the aide. They tap “I'll be there” on their phone, or you call them and mark it confirmed. Nothing is texted or called for you without your yes.
2. Ten minutes after the start
No clock-in yet? The shift is flagged on your board as a missed clock-in and an alert is waiting for you, while there is still time to fix the day.
3. The visit
The aide clocks in and out with one big button. The time comes from our server, and the place from their phone at that moment, if they share it.
4. After
The clock events are the timesheet. Anything that went wrong sits in one inbox until you settle it, with the corrected time and a note beside the original record.

Today's shifts in three lanes: upcoming, in progress, completed. A missed clock-in shows up ten minutes after the start, and a missed clock-out thirty minutes after the end. Your roster, your clients and the week ahead live on the same page.
Families already use Kora to record a visit with consent and read a plain-English debrief in their hub. With pilot agencies, we are connecting that same visit to the aide's shift, so the note your office keeps and the debrief the family reads start from one record.
Every clock event stores what electronic visit verification asks for: who gave the care, who received it, the service, the date, the start and end times, and the location when the phone shares it. Kora does not submit to a state aggregator yet; the records are ready when you do.
KoraCommand is a family's care hub first. Families see the visit and its debrief, never your roster, your notes or your exceptions. Aides see only their own shifts. Location is taken at clock-in and clock-out, never in between.
We set it up with each agency in the pilot, one at a time. Write to us with your agency's name and roughly how many aides you schedule in a week.
