Catch every missed clock-in. And finish the visit.
When an aide forgets to clock in, Kora catches it within minutes and puts it on your board. In the pilot we set up with you, Kora also texts and calls the aide in your agency's name, fixes the record, only escalates the misses that really need your team, and turns that same visit into the note your office keeps and the debrief the family reads. One visit, both records, nothing reconstructed.
- Clock records built for EVV
- Set up with your office
- Families already read the debrief
Built for the offices still pounding the phones on Friday.
What it looks like
In the pilot, when a 10:00 start has no clock-in, the aide hears from your agency within minutes, not from a scheduler chasing the day. One reply, and the visit is back on the record.
Kora for Harbor Home CareExample
Text · Today 10:03 AM
Kora: Hi Maria, this is Harbor Home Care. We don't see a clock-in for your 10:00 visit with Mr. Johnson yet. Are you with him now?
Maria: Yes, just walked in, forgot to clock in.
Kora: You are clocked in at 10:00, Maria. When you leave, tap once and the visit note and the family's update are written from the same visit.
Maria: That's it?
Kora: That's it.
How it works
- Working today
1. Kora spots the miss.
Ten minutes after a shift starts without a clock-in, or thirty minutes after it ends without a clock-out, it is caught and on your board. No next-day cleanup.
- Pilot scope
2. Kora reaches the aide.
In the pilot: a text first, then a call, in your agency's name, until the aide answers. Only true no-shows reach your team. Today, the miss waits on your board with a button to call the aide.
- Part today, part pilot
3. Kora finishes the visit.
Today, your office settles the time in one inbox, and the original clock record stays exactly as it was. In the pilot, the punch is fixed inside the geofence, and the visit writes both records: the note your office stands behind and the plain-words debrief the family reads the same day.
Friday, before and after
Before
A missed punch, a WellSky alert, and an afternoon of phone tag.
After
The miss is on your board in minutes and settled in one place, and every shift's start and end are on record before Friday comes.
The back office, the visit and the family, in one package
Kora carries one shift from the confirmation before it to the records after it. Here is what works today and what the pilot sets up with you.
- Working today
The confirmation before the shift
An hour before, the aide confirms in one tap, or tells you they can't make it.
- Working today
The missed punch caught in minutes
- Pilot scope
The visit recorded with consent
Families record visits with consent in Kora today. Recording your aides' visits is set up with you in the pilot.
- Pilot scope
Two finished records at the end of it
The note your office keeps and the debrief the family reads.
Questions agencies ask
Does the aide need an app?
No app to install, and nothing to learn. Aides clock in and out with one big button on a web page on their phone, signed in with the email on their row. In the pilot, an aide who doesn't tap gets a text, then a call.
Does it work with our EVV?
Every clock record carries what electronic visit verification asks for: who gave the care, who received it, the service, the date, the start and end times, and the location when the phone shares it. Kora does not send records to your EVV system or your state yet; in the pilot, we work out with you how they reach it.
Who sees the family debrief?
Only the family's own circle. Families never see your roster, your notes or your exceptions, and aides see only their own shifts.
